MAIBRIGHT was born from a deep desire to create spaces that nourish the leader within—spaces where clarity, courage, and connection can rise. After years of working in roles that asked me to hold complexity, support others, and lead from the middle, I found myself longing for moments of pause—moments to reflect, realign, and rise with intention.
I created MAIBRIGHT to offer just that.
This work is an offering to leaders who are doing the hard, human work of guiding others while staying true to themselves. It’s for those navigating change, seeking clarity, or simply needing space to reconnect with what matters most.
